Creating a New Distribution List in Outlook. Click the down arrow on NEW and choose DISTRIBUTION LIST from the drop-down menu. New. Distribution List. Type in a descriptive name for your new list. (ALL HUBBARD, 6 th -Grade Teachers, Math Teachers, etc.). Type here.

Type in a descriptive name for your new list. (ALL HUBBARD, 6th-Grade Teachers, Math Teachers, etc.) Type here
Click on MEMBERS to add anyone within the district.Highlight their name and double-click to add them to the MEMBERS list.When finished, click OK. Add Members Select Name Members OK
You can also choose campuses from the GLOBAL ADDRESS LIST.If you click on HUBBARD, you will see everyone at Hubbard.If their Home Campus is not Hubbard, you can search by name and add them to the list. Campus
One way to add everyone at once is to click on the first name in the list, hold the SHIFT key while you scroll to the last name. Click on the last name and then click MEMBERS. Click OK to save your list. Select first name Scroll down Hold SHIFT Key Select last name OK
You will now see your new list with all the members. If you need to DELETE anyone, click on their name to highlightand then click DELETE KEY on your keyboard.You can delete the entire list by using the “X”SAVE AND CLOSE when you are finished. Save
If you need to add someone from OUTSIDE the district, click on ADD NEW MEMBER.Here you can enter their name and email address.Click OK to save that entry to your distribution list. Add Member Type in name and email address
To locate your new distribution list, click on CONTACTS. Contacts
There you will see any individual addresses you may have – and also your distribution lists.To view or make any changes, double-click to open. Lists
To send an email using your distribution list,start a new mail message, click the TO, CC or BCC button.When the global address book opens, scroll to contacts and select the desired distribution list. Send email to: Distribution List TO, CC or BCC
* It is a good idea to use the BCC address field when sending email to a“Parent Distribution List” – as the recipient does not see all the other addresses. BCC…
