Binders and Evaluation Criteria • The binders • 91 applications grouped by: • occupational category (Scientific and Professional, Technical, Operational, Administrative and Foreign Service and Administrative Support) • designated group (Visible minorities, Aboriginal and Disability) • Files separated into eligible (green) and into ineligible (red).

  22. Binders and Evaluation Criteria • Eligibility Criteria 01. DND employee with indeterminate status 02. 2 years in Federal Public Service with at least 1 year in DND 03. no prior long-term training or development program 04. field of study on a full-time basis that reflects their career development plan 05. apply to a recognized Canadian educational institution 06. demonstrate the minimum education requirements 07. minimum of two years “fully satisfactory” performance 08. meet language requirements of substantive position 09. approval by manager 10. have started the requested program or actively engaged in a relevant continuous learning process
