Female Grad Student • What dominates most of your time? school and my job • What is more important (social learning/classroom) and Why? classroom learning because we are asked to stretch ourselves in ways that we aren't used to • What makes Bloomsburg diverse? the student population that we try and recruit; first generation students and students from different areas • What if you had no technology? social networking was later; so I would see fewer people all the time, but see a couple of people a lot more and spend more time with people. • What if we had no activities, clubs, and sports? students would drink more, wouldn't be a sense of community and you need things to belong to you to attach yourself to the school • If you started your own club what would it be? it would be an international/study abroad club, for students that have studied abroad before, or are currently.
Conclusion • We conclude that depending on the different class level that you are in, you have different priorities in terms of sleeping, socializing, and schoolwork. • The range of things that students do was not comparable because each student was so different. This is interesting because you can see that they are BU students, but their hobbies and routines are completely different due to maturity levels, and future goals.
