Your SUMMARY Consider: What happened? Where did it happen? Who was involved? Oregon has a problem with sex trafficking of minors. Most of the victims are girls and suffer from rape as well as physical and psychological abuse. This is a human rights issue and Oregon is obligated to prevent human trafficking under the Trafficking Protocol. The article recommends 3 ways to do this; 1. Open a shelter for victims. 2. your REACTION your opinions why is this Significant? was the article written objectively or biased? I think it is sad that there are so many homeless youth and that they are forced or coerced into this lifestyle. It is shocking that this type of human rights abuse is happening not only in the United States, but right across the river in Portland and probably affects girls in Vancouver as well!
