Everyone is different? • Banding / CCG Area structure what is a fair fit – as regards of economies of scale we all offer the same service. Commentary • In June 2013 Southern Water announced an 11% increase in charges for the new year seeing as they are the sole provider this means there is no ability to re-quote • Annual increase in Minimum wage not only affects those on Minimum Wage but those on accelerated rates, as they will also incur an increase. • General increases in Electricity and Gas contracts • These costs do not take into account the general raise in inflation over these 2 years. • The decreases in food costs are due to a change in strategy to help support the increased overheads – so by moving from a food delivery service to actually shopping directly with local providers has decreased the cost of food, although increases the staff cost as an extra activity. • Further increases will be incurred in July 2014 with the introduction of the Pension Scheme + minimum wage. www.belmontsandbanks.co.uk - Mob: 07989517347 – email: adam@belmontsandbanks.co.uk
