Tip 6 • Continuous Professional Development Credits
Record them as you go along... • Even if you are on maternity leave/moving abroad • Show a mix of learning styles • Use proforma to evidence learning. • Beware Impact: appraiser tiger country
Tip 7 • Don’t feel you have to upload everything • It’s still ok to bring paper along as evidence so your appraiser can record them being seen. • Summary of discussion is his/her version & you have opportunity to disagree.
Tip 8 • Choice of Appraiser • Controversial- it’s YOUR appraisal so make sure you’re happy with whom you’re allocated! ( sessional doctor aware.)
Tip 9- Processes • Don’t leave it all to the last month • Remember you must submit it electronically TWO weeks prior to your meeting. • Please fill out the Feedback form for the benefit of your appraiser & the administrator • It’s your appraisal so make it work for you!
