C2 $100 Open Specimen Registration 1: Right click > Customization > Custom Standard Colors > Click Require Then the color wheel (boxes) are available.
C2 $200 Scroll bars missing in Results Query printing or faxing.
C2 $200 Horizontal and vertical scroll bars missing in fax area under Results Query. When in the Select Printer or Fax area in Results Query, there are no bars to scroll down or across. I have to highlight and drag to get around. How do I get the scroll bar back?
Right click and choose customize dialog -> then click in the area where the fax numbers are listed. A box will appear around the area. Shrink the box a little to get the scroll bar to show up again. Click on the "x" to close the printing box and you'll get a question asking if you want to save your customization. Click yes.

C2 $400 Troubleshooting Print Server Slowness
C2 $400 To decrease the time interval that PrintWorker checks for new jobs that needs to be printed, decrease PS_MAX_DELAY_TIME for PrintWorker to 30 seconds. The default is 60 seconds.
In Print Admin Click on Worker Control > Worker Setup> located parameter (PS_MAX_DELAY_TIME), right click and make changes. Change to 30 Seconds
Restart each printworker after changing the param. Be sure to change it for PrintWorker and not PatPrint.
C2 $500 Is it possible to disable the ALL+ button in Remote Printing?
C2 $500 The option to remove/disable the ALL+ button is not available. As an alternative, you may customize the location of the button but it is user/pc specific.
Once the button you wish to select is properly highlighted right-click and drag the button to a different location.
To save your changes click on the [X] button in the top right-hand corner. A message window will pop-up for confirmation. Select "Yes."

C3 $300 What does “Error Processing Document” Mean and why is it Printed with errors?
C3 $300 1: Check the MACRO_PRINT_TO1 Bookmark to make sure it isn’t missing? Bookmarks with macro results are numbered. If the macro field is removed from the report - the count of macros bookmarks changes and bookmarks deleting does not work properly during remerging.
C3 $400 Print server keeps trying to perform an HISConv on a single case and it keeps getting rejected.
C3 $400 1: Checked the history of job and see error too long processing. 2: Checked the PatPrint file and it states that this jobs has taken too much time.3: Setup > Document Files> Signature Setup Insert a space character before <Sign Out Dr. Signature> in Signature Setup. 4: From within the template place the cursor before <Sign Out Dr. Signature>. Go to Tools/Options/ check Spaces and press the space bar. This action will add a space character which appears as a "dot". To correct the issue with this case, a revised report will need to be created and signed out so that the new signature template can be applied, then check to make sure that the revised report crossed the HIS.
C3 $500 Font changes on Path Report Header
C3 $500 Programmer determined that the report had 2 types of fonts: Arial and Arial bold, but the Arial font was missing from the Print Server, therefore the entire report printed as Arial bold. To resolve this issue MS Word was reinstalled to the print server PC.
