  4. What is quality? It is the delivery of a service / product characterized by certain specifications that would achieve the satisfaction of the user.

NAQAAE National Authority for Quality Assurance and Accreditation of Education(NAQAAE) was established year 2006 by the Egyptian Parliament. • Independent association • Related to the Ministerial Council • Responsibility: auditing + accreditation for educational institutions in Egypt (at all levels, governmental & private)
