  12. 5. Characteristics of a good leader - #5 Self ControlProverbs 28:15 - “Zoux hlo nyei orqv mienh gunv mienh jomc mienh se hnangv sienh njunh nor, fai hnangv jiepv bieqc daaih borngz.” Zoux bieiv nyei mienh maiv gunv maiv duqv ganh, ninh maiv haih hatc dongh dorh nyei mienh taaih ninh. “Like a roaring lion or a charging bear is a wicked man ruling over helpless people.”The leader who cannot control himself will not be able to command the respect of those he leads. 6. 13. 7. Characteristics of a good leader - #7 Compassion Proverbs 29:14 -  “Se gorngv hungh diex baengh fim nyei siemv mienh jomc mienh, ninh nyei hungh weic yietc liuz liepc wuonv. If a king judges the poor with fairness, his throne will always be secure. Jesus is the ultimate model of taking time for the poor, the outcasts, and children. He was naturally drawn to the weak who needed an advocate. That is why James teaches us that pure religion is to look after orphans and widows in their distress (James 2:14-17)

  14. 8. Characteristics of a good leader - #8 No Need for Public Approval. Kuv bieiv nyei mienh maiv zuqc gamh nziex mienh camv. Proverbs 29:25 – “Mienh gamh nziex mienh se benx koux hlopv, mv baac haaix dauh kaux ZIOUV duqv yiem longx.” Fear of man will prove to be a snare, but whoever trusts in the Lord is kept safe.

Zinh ndaangc yie buatc maaih deix jiu baang mienh gox hopv diuv nquin daaih, nqa’haav ziang naaic maiv haih gunv ganh, nqa’haav ziouc maiv haih zoux mienh gox aqv. I've seen leaders who were such heavy drinkers that eventually, due to their lack of self control, they lost their positions.

  16. 10. Characteristics of a good leader - #10 Submission to GodProverbs 21:1 - “Hungh diex nyei hnyouv se hnangv diuh ndoqv yiem ZIOUV nyei buoz, sueih ZIOUV nyei eix bun ninh huin mingh haaix bung.” A king's heart is in the hand of the Lord; he directs it like a water course wherever he pleases.” Hebrews 10:5,7 – “……Giduc bieqc baamh gen wuov zanc ninh gorngv mbuox Tin-Hungh”,….. “O Tin-Hungh aac, yie yiem naaiv, yie daaih weic ei jienv meih nyei za'eix zoux.” When Christ entered the world he said, Here I am O Lord, I have come to do your will.  Kuv bieiv mienh nyei juoqc setv eix-leiz jauv se benx jienv jiex nyei jauv. Haaix zanc maaih mienh m’jangc m’sieqv mbuoqc Tin-Hungh caux Ninh Nyei Singx Lingh, Tin-Hungh oix dorh wuov laanh mienh nyei jauv, ninh yaac oix bun Tin-Hungh duqv njang-laangc. This is the most important characteristic of a good leader. When a man or woman is submissive to God and his Holy Spirit, God will direct the person into the ways he can glorify Him the best.

  17. Funx Benx Longx Nyei Bieiv Consider A Good Leader

  18. Longx nyei bieiv se mingh ndaangc dorh jauv gan nyei mienh, mv baac maiv zeiz dorh mingh zuqc mun nyei dorngx. Good leader go first to lead the way for the followers, but not in harm’s way.

  19. Good Leadership lead people up Longx nyei bieiv dorh mienh faaux

  20. Funx benx longx nyei bieiv. Consider a good leader.

  21. Funx benx longx nyei bieiv Consider as a good leader

  22. Maiv dungx zoux orqv bun haaix dauh - Gaa^laa^tie 5:13-15). Do not do evil to anyone (Galatians 5:13-15).

  23. Maiv dungx zoux hnangv norqc meix nor, buatc mienh borngz jaax souv jienv wuov mangc hnangv. Do not act like sparrow, standing and watching people fight.

  24. Maiv dungx zoux hnangv naaiv dauh m’lomh baec nor, jiex naaiv jiex wuov cuoqv sic caux mienh borngz jaax nzaeng jaax. Do not act like this white cat, going around making trouble, fight with people, and arguing with people.

  25. Maiv dungx zoux hnyouv hepc hnangv naaiv norm doc nor, caux doic maiv njiec. Haaix zanc mienh daaih nitv mbuo fatv deix, ziouc fongv guangc.Do not be like this turtle have a narrow heart, can not get along with other people. When some one come closer and pushing away.

  26. III. Maaih lamh longc nyei bieiv zeiv se sienx wuonv yaac zaangv wuonv zien leiz (ys.9). Maaih lamh longc nyei bieiv zieqv duqv yiem jienv nyei zien leiz, hiuv duqv longx caux waaic nyei jauv, yaac maiv gamh nziex souv wuonv weic zuqc nyei jauv fai zien leiz nyei jauv. Effective Leaders Are Grounded in Truth (v. 9). Effective leaders recognize the existence of absolute truth, know right from wrong, and are not afraid to stand for what is right or the truth).

  27. IV. Maaih lamh longc nyei mienh se haih orn duqv mienh nyei hnyouv (ys.9). Orn hnyouv nyei eix-leiz se hnangv “cui” orn hnyouv nyei jauv bun ganh dauh tengx ninh zungx daamv. Zien bieiv nyei mienh se maiv qiex jiez siepv yaac maiv ndortv hnyouv siepv, mv baac ndoqv njiec fu-sux, yiem mbuo fu-sux nyei jauv, mbuo biux mengh Giduc nyei hnamv. Effective Leaders Are Encouragers (v. 9). To encourage means to “pump” courage into another person. A true leader does not snap a whip, but bends over to serve, for it is through serving we demonstrate the love of Christ).

  28. V. Maaih lamh longc nyei bieiv se ziangh hnamv Tin-Hungh nyei maengc (ys.5-9). Maiv maaih dorngx “daanh” nyei eix-leiz se maiv zeiz gorngv dunh yunh, mv baac zanc-zanc zoux jienv kuv sic mingh. Zoux bieiv zeiv nyei mienh qiemx zuqc ziangh hnamv Tin-Hungh nyei maengc yiem biauv (ys.6), yiem hiaang-laangz (ys.6-8), yiem zoux gong nyei dorngx (ys.6), caux yiem leiz-baaix dorngh (ys.5-9). Effective Leaders Live Godly Lives (vv. 5–9). “Blameless” doesn’t mean perfection, but consistency over the long haul. A leader needs to live a godly life in the home (v. 6), the community (vv. 6–8), at work (v. 6), and at church (vv. 5–9).

  29. VI. Zoux Bieiv Nyei Leiz-Nyeic. The Principle of Leadership.

  30. 1. Zoux bieiv mienh nyei ga’naaiv-buix se hniev haic. Ninh mbuo oix zuqc fu-sux mienh yiem nyungc zeiv nyei jauv bun dongh ninh mbuo dorh nyei mienh, yiem sienx fim, zoux nyungc zeiv bun mienh, naaiv se dongh ninh mbuo oix bun mienh zuotc nyei jauv (Hipv^lu 13:7).Those in leadership positions bear a heavy burden. They are to serve as examples to those who they are leading by living in faith and by modeling a way of life that they want the people to exhibit (Hebrews 13:7).

  31. 2. Zoux bieiv nyei mienh zanc-zanc gem jienv, maiv bun mienh hiuv, hnangv naaic zoux bieiv nyei mienh oix zuqc dingc hnyouv, dongh haaix nyungc ninh mbuo horpc zuqc bun mienh hiuv, haaix nyungc maiv horpc zuqc bun mienh hiuv nyei jauv, caux yaac oix zuqc hnangv haaix nor dorh mienh, dongh mv maaih za’eix haih hiuv taux haaix nyungc jauv wuov deix mienh, tengx ninh mbuo haih buatc fangx(Gaa^laa^tie 2:2). Leaders are often privy to information that the masses do not know, so leaders must determine what to share, what not to share, and how best to direct others who do not have access to the whole picture (Galatians 2:2).

  32. 3. Zoux bieiv nyei mienh maaih lingc haih dorh mienh mingh dorngc jauv nyei (1 Hungh Douh 16:2), caux Tin-Hungh yaac oix bun ndaam gong-mengh zoux bieiv wuov deix mienh dauh dauh ndaam-dorng, haaix zanc ninh mbuo dorh Ninh nyei mienh mingh dorngc jauv nyei ziangh hoc (I^saa^yaa 3:14). Leaders have the power to lead people in the wrong direction (1 Kings 16:2), and God holds those in leadership positions responsible when they lead His people the wrong way. (Isaiah 3:14).

  33. 4. Ging-Sou buangv nzengc donv zoux bieiv nyei mienh, haaix dauh dorh Tin-Hungh nyei mienh mingh dorh jauv (Lewi 4:22). Tin-Hungh laengz jienv waac oix dingc dongh zoux gong maiv benx dorh Tin-Hungh nyei mienh wuov deix (Ye^le^mi 25:24), lengc jeiv dongh dorh Tin-Hungh nyei mienh mingh zoux zuiz wuov deix ( Se^kaa^li^yaa 10:3). The Bible is filled with warnings to leaders who lead God's people astray (Leviticus 4:22). God promises to punish leaders for doing a bad job in leading God's people (Jeremiah 25:34), particularly when they lead God's people into a sinful lifestyle (Zechariah 10:3).

  34. Setv mueiz waac Conclusion: Mbuo benx haaix nyungc bieiv? Naaiv se jienv haic nyei waac-naaic bun mbuo weic zuqc mienh camv mangc jienv mbuo nyei. What kind of leader we are? That’s an important question to ask because people are watching us.

  35. Tin-Hungh heuc laanh baav mienh daaih benx bieiv dorh mienh (1 Saa^mu^en 19:16). Zien sic, se zoux bieiv mienh nyei gong maaih ziex nyungc jauv, yiem Giduc nyei sin horpc zuqc benx longx nyei jauv (Lomaa 12:4-8). • God calls certain people into leadership positions (1 Samuel 9:16). In fact, leadership is one of the many roles that is necessary for the Body of Christ to function well (Romans 12:4-8).

  36. Tin-Hungh oix Ninh nyei mienh muangx yaac mbuoqc dongh ninh ginv daaih dorh ninh mbuo nyei bieiv zeiv (Hipv^lu 13:17). Tin-Hungh yaac oix bun zoux bieiv nyei maaih njien-youh, maiv zeiz haiz hnangv maaih ga’naaiv buix ngatv nor ( Hipv^lu 13:17). Dongh longx nyei kuv bieiv mienh se maaih hnyouv dorh, maaih hnyouv baeqc-baeqc bun caux buangv nzengc hnyouv bun Tin-Hungh, hnangv naaic, se bun ninh mbuo haiz maaih njien-youh orn-lorqc nyei dorh dongh ninh mbuo dorh nyei mienh (1 Zunh Doic Douh 29:9). • God expects His people to obey and submit to the authority of the leaders that God has put into place (Hebrews 13:17). God wants leadership to be joy, not a burden (Hebrews 13:17). The best leaders lead willingly and give "freely and wholeheartedly to the Lord," which results in rejoicing by the people who are being led (1 Chronicles 29:9).

  37. The Example of Leadership 1 Ti^mo^tai 4:12 “Maiv dungx bun haaix dauh laaix meih hnyangx-jeiv lunx mangc faix meih. Daaux nzuonx oix zuqc zoux nyungc zeiv longx, bun sienx nyei zuangx mienh zuotc meih gorngv nyei waac caux zoux nyei sic, meih hnangv haaix nor hnamv mienh, hnangv haaix nor sienx Yesu yaac zoux cing-nzengc mienh.” 1 Timothy 4:12  “Let no one despise you for your youth, but set the believers an example in speech, in conduct, in love,in faith, in purity.”

  38. Dorh Mienh Hungh heic hiuv zoux bieiv banh zeic Zoux bieiv mienh nyei juoqc setv Dorh mienh nyei za’eix Zoux bieiv Maaih za’eix ceix fai dorh mienh nyei jauv Haih gunv mienh Dorh nyei za’eix
