Based on a questionnaire used by the Danish Cancer Registry Validated in several ways (1-4) Standard portion sizes from the Scandinavian Journal of Nutrition (5) 360 different food items (6). Food compositions were derived from food tables developed at the Danish Food Administration. Included content of macro- and micronutrients of most of the food items on the Danish market.
