Baby By Organ System: GI: Intestines have started to form Musculoskeletal: Bone formation is continued, and some smooth muscle Circulatory: Blood forming in marrow & can hear heatbeat Respiratory: Lungs gain shape and vocal cords appear Renal: Kidneys able to make urine and bladder becomes a sac Nervous: Brain structure almost complete and baby can now suck his/her thumb Genital: External genitalia forming, can possibly tell sex
