Work-related diseases and training: Element objective I • Planning the training curriculum on work-related and occupational diseasesfor OHS personnel, family physicians, hospital physicians diagnosing occupational diseases, trainers of the trainers • Meetings in months I* (Kick-off Seminar), VII and IX from the starting of the project. * = months from the start of project
Element objective II • Trainingof the existing OHS personnel and family physicians in all parts of the country: geographical and professional coverage • GOHP principles developed and implemented during the training; responds to guaranteed results no. 3, 4, 5: • Occupational health personnel and necessary public health personnel are trained on diagnostics, treatment and prevention of work-related diseases. • Guidelines for "Good Occupational Health Practice" • OH&S networks strengthened…. Courses 1 • Occupational skin diseases (3 days, months June, Aug ) • Occupational lung diseases (6 days, months II*, III and IV) • Occupational cancer (1 day, month III) • Intoxications (2 days, month III) • Occupational ORL-diseases (2 days, month IV) • Occupational neurological diseases (2 days, month VI) * = months from the start of project
Courses 2 • Vibrations disease (1 day, month VII*) • Musculo-skeletal diseases (3 days, month VIII) • Psychiatric diseases (1 day, month VIII) • Work ability assessment (1 day, month IX) • Reproductive hazards (2 days, month X) • Infectious diseases (2 days, month X) • Training in Finland for 10 Estonian key experts * = months from the start of project
