Open Issues MIG 15 – Time of day time bands to Seasonal time of day time bands • Due to start 2013 MIG 28 – Calculation of excessive reactive power units • Under consideration MIG 33 – To review the treatment of asset replacement in CDCM • Due to start once the 500MW model has been incorporated into DCUSA Workstream C • Customer Contributions – due to start in October 2012 • Combining Method M and Extended Method M (including mapping of new RRP tables) - will start following the models incorporation into DCUSA • CDCM User Manual – an updated version of the user manual has been published on the ENA website and distributed to DNOs for publication 3 | Energy Networks Association - DCMF 14 June 2012

DCMF MIG Supergroup DCPs Recently Raised DCPs (1) • MIG 10 (inc 4) - Generation dominated areas • DCP 137 ‘Introduction of locational tariffs for the export from HV generators in areas identified as generation dominated’ was raised at the June DCUSA Panel meeting following the work of the GDA sub group. • Following the work of the DCMF MIG Supergroup, the following DCPs were raised at the June 2012 DCUSA Panel meeting: • DCP 135 ‘Clarification of CDCM Changes’ was raised to address MIG Issue 39 ‘CDCM Changes’; and • DCP 136 ‘Notice period for asset cost changes in the CDCM’ was raised to address MIG Issue 36 ‘Improving the stability and predictability of CDCM model inputs’ 5 | Energy Networks Association - DCMF 14 June 2012
DCMF MIG Billing Group DCPs Recently Raised DCPs (2) • Following the work of the DCMF MIG Billing Group, the follow DCPs were raised at the July 2012 DCUSA Panel meeting: • DCP 141 ‘Invalid settlement classes’ • DCP 142 ‘Using D2021 for all invoices/credit notes if it is used at all’ • DCP 143 ‘Estimating missing reactive data’ • DCP 144 ‘Prohibiting rounding of HH data’ • DCP 145 ‘Mandating compliance with D2021 processes’ • DCP 146 ‘HH invoice runs’ • DCP 147 ‘Preventing UoS invoices containing non-UoS elements’ • DCP 148 ‘Rebilling to be done via credit/rebill’ • DCP 149 ‘Prohibiting HH invoices containing data from 2 different clock time calendar months’ 6 | Energy Networks Association - DCMF 14 June 2012
