Live Issues 04 August 2011 • MIG 001- Commonality of the network (500MW) model • Chaired by Gregory Edwards (WPD) • Terms of Reference were updated to clarify the objectives and deliverables of the group • Stage 1 would deliver guidance and a specification for a common model, along with a qualitative assessment of the likely impact of introducing such a common model • Stage 2 would follow a checkpoint at the MIG of the Stage 1 deliverables, and would include building the common model and assessing its impact 2 | Energy Networks Association - DCMF
Live Issues 04 August 2011 3 | Energy Networks Association – DCMF • MIG 022 – Use of HH and NHH forecast data & measurement class E tariffs • Members to the Terms of Reference and respond with comments by Friday 15th July • Sub Group to be established • The first task of the sub-group is to review and agree its Terms of Reference • Change unlikely before April 2012
Live Issues 04 August 2011 4 | Energy Networks Association – DCMF • MIG 026 – CDCM default tariff application • A questionnaire regarding the commonality of default charging for invalid settlement class combinations • This was circulated for review and comment to the DCMF MIG distribution list, with comments on the questionnaire (not responses to the questionnaire) to be considered at the next MIG meeting on 25 August.
Closed Issues 04 August 2011 5 | Energy Networks Association – DCMF • MIG 011 - Discrepancies in NHH/HH tariffs for unmetered supplies: • Closed at MIG 005 on 11/7/11. It will in effect be followed through within MIG issue 12/22
New Issues 04 August 2011 6 | Energy Networks Association – DCMF The following issues raised at the CDCM Annual Review workshop were initially reviewed. Timetable and task leaders to be assigned at next meeting: Provision of NHH tariffs for HH metered customers – (Covered by MIG 016) HH calculation of excess Reactive Charges Split K between customer types Predictability Scaling Smoothing at boundaries Impact of smart metering and reactive purchasing Allowance for distributed generation benefits at small scale
