Active clients 2700 • Products: • Microloan up to € 25.000,- (interest 9.75-10,75%, closure fee 250-750 €) • Entrepreneurial loans €25.000,- to €50.000,- • Coaching pre and post loan • Entrepreneurial Tools: Elearning start up, Entrepreneurial plan

European instruments used • Eppa loan 750.000,- 5 year, for capacity building, low interest rate • Jasmine assistance program, training, assessment • Progress Microfinance facility guarantee, 75% of loss-recovery rate for loans to target group (unemployed or risk of unemployment, limited in access to financial market to start micro enterprise) • Pilot group European code of conduct
