Success Criteria SAMPLE Employer Health and Safety Questionnaire • Communication: Document is introduced to each employer by the student and the student must then communicate the importance of each component of the questionnaire. • This document must be completed, including sections that may not apply to that employer • Each checklist MUST be accounted for if they apply to that employer • Students must be able to explain each answer that is given and be fully informed of hazards in their workplace • The student and the employer must both sign the document to confirm they communicated this information

Instructional Core SAMPLE Project about Sustainable Tourism • Student: Students choose their own case studies, partners, and presentation medium (booklet, computer, etc…) • Teacher: Strategies include using exemplars, chunking (deadlines), and group conferences. • Curriculum: Students use speaking skills. Links to how environmental factors influence patterns of travel and tourism. Assess the need for sustainable development. Explain how tourist activities may contribute to the exploitation of people.
