  2. 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training by rishikesh yogdham • The 200 hour yoga teacher training in Rishikesh course is based on traditional hatha yoga and is registered with Yoga Alliance USA as RYS 200. It is a residential hatha yoga course ideal for beginners and intermediate level yoga students and runs for just under a month in duration, and upon completion, you will be awarded a globally recognized certification. Course fee includes food and accommodation (private room and bathroom). On completion and passing, you will be a certified yoga teacher with RYT 200 – Yoga Alliance USA.

  3. Yoga Course Overview • Our Yoga Teacher Training Programmed is based on both the traditional Ashtanga Primary Series and the creative Vinyasa Flow. We start training programs with the primary chain for establishing proper alignment and breathing within each posture, creating a strong foundation. • The daily lecture will include topics such as functional anatomy, yoga philosophy, subtle energy, chakras, meditation, pranayama, mantras and more.
