EasyChoice Program Overview • The Players • The Service Bureau will provide qualified referrals, enrollment information, and payroll information • Payroll Associates will serve as the transmission hub • The Hartford performs the sales, underwriting, premium calculation, premium impounding, and all insurance services.

EasyChoice Program Overview • The Process • Participating SB generates leads and sends them to The Hartford • The Hartford performs all sales & underwriting functions, if appropriate provides quote • If client accepts, Hartford to transmit Consent Request to PAI • PAI forwards Consent Request to administrative contacts at the SB • SB sets up co. in PayChoice and transmits initial employer/employee enrollment data to PAI

  4. EasyChoice Program Overview • The Process • PAI consolidates the various Setup files and transmits to Hartford on a daily basis • Once co. is setup in PayChoice, the SB will send payroll data each week to PAI • Payroll data is sent for all EasyChoice co.s each Thursday by 12:00 noon EST • PAI to consolidate all SB payroll files and forward to Hartford each week

  5. EasyChoice Program Overview • The Process • The Hartford will calculate premiums and impound from client accounts the following Thursday • On the 5th of each month, Hartford to issue a Reconciliation Report to detail account activity

EasyChoice Program Overview • Service Bureau Marketing • All those with potential referral opportunities attend Hartford Sales Training • Marketing Kit and approved materials available on PAI Support Site • Content available for your Web site • Marketing ideas for both Prospects and Existing Customers

  7. EasyChoice Program Overview • Service Bureau Ops - First Steps • Contracts received and approved • Complete 1 hour PAI Ops training • Set up contact information in ASP Control Center on Support Site • PAI activates the Hartford W/C feature within PayChoice for your SB

  8. EasyChoice Program Overview • Service Bureau Ops - Ongoing • Set up W/C fields for participating companies in PayChoice • Transmit er/ee setup files to PAI to fulfill open Consent Requests • Transmit payroll files for participating companies once each week. Due at PAI every Thursday by 12:00 noon EST
