  1. MANUAL PARA REGISTRAR ASISTENCIA POR VISITAS A TIENDAS Y DESCARGAR REPORTES DE REGISTRO-GEOLOCALIZACIÓN DE LOS PROMOTORES Y SUPERVISORES EN TIEMPO REAL

ACCESAR A http://siap-acfe.com *Accesaa http://siap-acfe.com usando el navegador Firefox * ó Crome Puedes descargar firefox en tu celular usando el Ícono Play Store IMPORTANTE Tienes que estar conectado a una fuente de datos, es decir: CONEXIÓN A INTERNET ACCESAR A http://siap-acfe.com Esta aplicación se puede correr desde cualquier dispositivo movil conectado a una red de datos (Internet)

Accesar con tu número de empleado IMPORTANTE SI NO CONOCES TU NÚMERO DE EMPLEADO SOLICÍTALO CUANTO ANTES A ACFE famendoza@acfe.com.mx ó al 3004 95 80 ext 112 Si al accesar a siap-acfe.com NO te aparece esta ventana, verifica que tengas conexión a Internet. Si tienes internet y persiste, debes borrar el historial de navegación de firefox, borrar memoria caché y apagar y encender el equipo

  4. Te preguntará si puedes Compartir tu ubicación ACEPTA COMPARTIR

  5. Te aparecerán en este campo tus datos de ubicación. En estos campos elegir la opción que corresponda para registrar tus entradas y salidas a las visitas de Las tiendas Se considerará una falta grave y causal de baja, solicitar a un tercero realice el registro del supervisor en su nombre. Si aparece un lugar diferente a donde se está realmente, es porque los xperia tienen forzado almacenar memoria caché y registran el lugar más reciente del lector del GPS, por lo que para solucionarlo, simplemente hay que dar click al campo rastreo y esperar 10 segundos a que se actualice SI NO SE TRAE ENCENDIDO EL GPS Y ACCESO A SERVICIOS DE UBICACIÓN NO SERÁ POSIBLE

  6. PARA DESCARGAR EL REPORTE PARA QUE EL SUERVISOR SEPA QUIENES SE HAN REGISTRADO DE SU GRUPO DE PROMOTORES Entrar al menú Tablero de Control

Seleccionar opción Asistencia de Hoy (no se limita al del dia De consulta, se puede elegir Otra fecha en el campo abajo) Seleccionar El día que se quiere consultar Por default pone el dia presente Pero se puede elegir otro Es indispensable dar click al campo Guardar fecha MUY IMPORTANTE EL SUPERVISOR SOLO PUEDE VER SUS PROPIOS REGISTROS Y LOS DE SU GRUPO, NO DE OTROS GRUPOS AQUÍ APARECERA EL NOMBRE DEL SUPERVISOR

  8. En este espacio hay una serie de reportes variables. En la fase 1 los supervisores pueden descargar desde Este link su reporte en tiempo real las entradas, salidas, etcde su grupo de promotores y también las propias cuando registran entradas y salidas durante sus rutas. Elegir aquí si se Quieren consultar entradas Salidas etc.

  9. LA DESCARGA DEL ARCHIVO ES EN EXCEL, EN TIEMPO REAL Y OBENDRÁN LOS SIGUIENTES DATOS • Hora de logueo • Nombre • Categoria • E-mail • Telefono • Pto. De venta en el que se registró • Estado Municipio • Supervisor • Dealer • Sucursal • Ciudad Zona • Supervisor • Coordinador • Frontline MUY IMPORTANTE EL SUPERVISOR SOLO PUEDE VER SUS PROPIOS REGISTROS Y LOS DE SU GRUPO, NO DE OTROS GRUPOS AQUÍ APARECERA EL NOMBRE DEL SUPERVISOR

RECOMENDACIONES PARA EL REGISTRO DE GEOLOCALIZACIÓN: • Se debe tener al menos el 40% de la batería en el dispositivo móvil • Descargar el navegador FIREFOX • No tener encendido el bluetooth mientras se realiza el registro o descarga de reportes • Asegurarse de tener encendido el GPS • No debes descargar juegos o cosas no laborales en el xperia que interfieran con el aplicativo • No tener abiertas otras aplicaciones simultaneamente que afectan el ancho de banda. • Dar el tiempo suficiente a la carga de información y no dar clicks excesivos al desesperarse pues eso atora el proceso y lo alenta • Buscar el mejor punto en donde se tenga una mejor señal pues una baja señal de wifi impide la conexión (se tienen 800 mts a la redonda del punto de venta para registrarse) • Se considerará una falta grave y causal de baja, que un tercero realice el registro del supervisor en su nombre.

  11. REPORTE DE FALLAS Ó DUDAS SIAP Para supervisores y coordinadores PUEDES ENVIAR UN WHATS UP,  ÓMENSAJE DE TEXTO AL CELULAR 044 55 8549 8764 óun mail a ayudasiap@acfe.com.mx Mandar mail, ó mensaje de texto o whats up con tu nombre completo, y descripción del problema
