  2. The Matilda Children’s Foundation Set up in 2003 by the Matilda International Hospital Raises money to enable children in the region with no financial means to get treatment – “life-changing surgeries”

  3. Trying To Make a BIG Difference to Little Lives

  4. The Matilda Children’s Foundation • Creates hope • Surgery and recovery facilitate adoption of orphans • Surgery and recovery enable the children to be children again - walk, play, go to school and other things children do

  7. Family Life Through Adoptions Of the 43 cases, 19 were orphans. Of these, 11 children were subsequently adopted.

A Little Goes a Long Way • Every dollar goes to helping the children • Doctors and nurses donate time skills, and tender loving care • Matilda donates surgical and recovery facilities and services, such as operating theatre, rehab physiotherapy, and onsite accommodation • Funds used for consumables …
