2. Once there was an old apple tree called Arnie.He was sad.He had no friends except the children.

3. It was spring and Arnie grew beautiful green leaves.

4. The children passed by.“Hello, old tree.Are you warm, warm, warm today?” "Yes," said Arnie.

5. It was summer and the sun shone, shone, shone.

6. The children passed by.“Hello, old tree.Are you hot, hot, hot today?”"Yes," said Arnie.

7. It was autumn and Arnie’s leaves all fell to the ground.

8. “Hello, old tree.Are you cool, cool, cool today?”"Yes," said Arnie.

9. It was winter and the wind blew.

11. One day some workmen came.
