The Oracle Aviation Sabre Solution Adapter(OASSA) for Oracle Aviation Data Model is a adapter developed for Sabre (GDS) to enable the data loading from Sabre to the Oracle Aviations Data Model. • You can use the OASSA Adapter for Oracle Aviation Data Model to populate the foundation layer (that is, the base, reference, and lookup tables) of an Oracle Aviation Data Model warehouse with data from an Sabre system. Components of the OASSA Adapter for Oracle Aviation Data Model • The OASSA Adapter for Oracle Aviation Data Model uses the following components: • OASSA Adapter for Oracle Aviation Data Model Database Schemas. • Schema Definitions Added for the OASSA Adapter for Oracle Aviation Data Model. • Oracle Data Integrator.

Source schemas the source system is Sabre airline solutions(Travel Data Batch ) in .csv files. • Staging layer schema The OASSA adapter for Oracle Aviation Data Model uses a staging area when loading data from the Sabre system to the foundation layer objects of an Oracle Aviation Data Model warehouse. The staging layer contains the similar source system table structure in Oracle database schema(Source_Sabre). • Target schema. The target of the OASSA Adapter for Oracle Aviation Data Model is an Oracle Aviation Data Model warehouse. The specific target objects are the foundation layer objects of the Oracle Aviation Data Model. These objects are defined in the oadm_sys schema (Oracle Aviation Data Model). While loading data from source to foundation through stage , the execution process is as follows: • Step 1:The adapter, using ODI, loads the data from the source System into stage database. • Step 2:Stage is having similar data structure as source in Oracle database. Data gets loaded to stage as per the scheduling maintained through ODI Agent. Only the latest file data will be loaded into the stage tables from source based on last date criteria. • Step 3:From Stage ,data will load in to Oracle Aviation Data Model ‘s Look-up, Reference and Base table. • Step 4:Intra-Etl run at schedule will populate the derived and aggregate layer up to Dashboard for report.
