Addressing Areas for Improvement • Observations • Do a monthly calendar for observations • Meet with Elementary Director monthly to discuss progress • Provide feedback when doing walk throughs • Communication • Continue with the weekly newsletters • Meet every other week with grade levels to discuss concerns, etc. • Be more timely with responding to emails • Do a monthly calendar of events in the front office
