  1. Thomas Willingale School Support for pupils with SEND or AENs —A Graduated Response Class Provision SEN/AENs Plan An SEN/AEN Support / Provision and Review Plan is drawn up with school staff, the child and parents. By this stage it would be expected that advice from external agencies would have been sought. This is also reviewed regularly. An SEN Class Provision Plan is drawn up termly with Inclusion Manager involvement to provide additional intervention and support. This plan also involves consultation with parents and the child and is reviewed regularly. Concern Education, Health and Care Plan A pupil is raised as a concern by the class teacher or parent , information is gathered together using the school’s “Concern” form before consulting the Inclusion Manager. Early targeted intervention is put in place. This is discussed with the child and their parents and is reviewed regularly. An EHC plan is for children / young people who have special educational needs and/or disabilities and where an assessment of education, health and social care needs is agreed by a multi- agency group of professionals. It is available from birth to age 25.
