Robert Breschard, the member of the Real Estate Finance Association of Ct, has held several New York City licenses, like Refrigeration Operators License, the Fire Safety designation and NYS Salesperson’s License. He is a BOMI designated Real Property Administrator (RPA), and holds over 30 years of experience in commercial asset services, property and facilities management and construction in the northeast including New York, Boston, Philadelphia, Delaware, Syracuse, Westchester and Connecticut.

Mr. Breschard has been responsible for property/asset management, supervision of all property operations as well as of a large portfolio of privately and institutionally held properties, administration and financial performance, construction/project management, and contract and lease negotiations.

  4. Supervised Building Operations At CUSMAN AND WAKEFIELD Robert Breschard joined CUSHAN AND WAKEFIELD as the Property Manager in March 1982, and served the firm until March 1994. At the company he directly supervised all the building operations, observed service contract performance and construction activity, developed and implemented operating budget.

  5. Worked At Winoker Reality Co. From April 1984 To November 1986 From April 1984 to November 1986, Robert Breschard worked as the Property Manager at Winoker Reality Co. in New York. He was responsible for managing the routine operations of seven commercial office buildings (totaling 1.5 million square feet), in Mid-town Manhattan. At the firm, Mr. Breschard also developed and implemented operating budgets, managed all mechanical, janitorial and security operations and staff, oversaw construction, and also performed a contract bid analysis.

Served JMB Properties Inc from December 1986 To June 1995 At JMB Properties Inc. in New York, Robert Breschard was the Vice President, Senior Regional Manager, Property Management, and was responsible for managing a portfolio of about 13 million square feet Class A commercial office buildings in Manhattan, Boston, New Jersey, Connecticut, Philadelphia, Delaware and Syracuse. In addition to this, he reviewed and approved annual operating budgets, developed financial reports and performance.

  7. Joined CBRE In 1995 Later, in 1995, he joined CBRE Inc, New York as a Portfolio Manager. At present, he is serving the firm as the Director Asset Services for Connecticut/ Westchester area. He has been responsible for managing a portfolio of over 9 million square feet of institutionally and privately owned properties in midtown and downtown Manhattan for clients including JP Morgan Chase, Lend Lease, Equitable Life, Sony, Bertlesman, TIAA, Marsh & McLennan, ING Clarion and Conde Nast.

  8. Apart from this, Robert Breschard acted as a liaison to clients, managers and brokers with regard to technical, engineering, leasing issues and energy conservation and curtailment issues.
