  4. 2. Clean rooms Clean booth 2 (ISO 3) CRY (Hydroxide Catalysis Bonding between sapphire mirror and ears) Last sapphire mirror will arrive the day after tomorrow. 4 4 4 4 4 4 4 4

  5. 3. Ultrasonic bath 800mm*400mm*300mm 9 times in last one year. We also have small ultrasonic bath. 5 5 5 5 5 5 5 5

  10. 6. Analysis center There are many machines for scientific analysis. (Many kinds of) electronic microscopes, X-ray, photo electron spectroscopy, Surface roughness measurement, X ray crystal analysis, NMR, EMR, polish, and so on so on … For example, 10 10 10 10 10 10 10 10
