1. ADVANCE PRODUCT QUALITY PLANNING COURSE APQP (Including complete PPAP Process) Two Days Purpose & Outcome QS 9000 focuses on upfront planning to ensure that customer requirements are met. The methodology of planning is defined in APQP & control plan reference manual. The customer confidence of quality planning is achieved by demonstrating the process as defined in Production Part Approval Process (PPAP). APQP aims at defect free product in a short cycle-time and avoid frequent changes in product design and/ or production process. The PPAP is aimed at ensuring consistency of product quality in regular lots as demonstrated at sample/ pre launch stage. Clear understanding of APQP & PPAP process. Process Gives an overview through presentation discussion and group work on QS 9000, APQP, PPAP and FMEA. Schedule : 0900 to 1700 hrs. (Both days) Who Should Attend ?
