  13. Financial Forecast A $5000 loan is needed to cover our October expenses Total Revenues = $26,450.00 Total Costs = $16,130.70 Expected Profit = $10,319.30

  14. Analysis and Ratios Break Even Unit of Sale = 651 chairs Profitability Index = 2.018 Cost Benefit Ratio = 1.639 We are making almost $1.64 for every dollar we spend. Payback Method = 0.699 We would be able to pay back our loan in less than a month.

  15. Recap • We are asking for a loan of $5,000 to cover our first months cost, we are expecting to sell 1,000 chairs, and we are projecting a profit of at least $10,319.30 for our charity.

  17. Survival Adult Abuse Center, Inc. $1800.00 covers one person's food and shelter for one month. $375.00 dollars covers their cost of water, security, school supplies, and their 24 hour hotline. Each year the center has to turn away approximately 100 women because of the lack of funding

  18. Warrensburg Schools We are doing one project with all six of the public schools. South East: Painting, Planting Mums, Weeding Sterling: Planting Flowers, Building Picnic Tables Ridgeview: Painting, Planting Flowers, Weeding Martin Warren: Paint Mural and Build Picnic Tables Middle School: Clean-up High School: Organize Drama Room, Nurse Station and Spanish Room Our goal is to complete at least 10 hours per person or 280 hours for our company.
