  7. User log-in Press OK to see a list of users authorized to scan documents from this mfp Select a user from the dropdown list

  8. Complete scanning Scanning is complete. Press DONE to finish the scan and log off the mfp.

  9. Indexing documents From a user’s desktop, select from the list of documents scanned from the mfp. This will open the indexer to allow identification of the document for easy retrieval.

  11. Microsoft Office Connector You can also index and store documents from within any MS Office application. A button on the toolbar launches the ImageQuest indexer. Indexing from MS Outlook allows archiving of email. Choose the message, attachments or both.

  12. Windows Explorer Connector Documents can also be added to the archive by using the familiar Windows Explorer. Right click on an item and select Send To then ImageQuest. This will launch the indexer.

  13. Retrieve a document Select the document type and search criteria to retrieve your document 75752-1N

  14. Retrieve a document WebIQ returns the items that match your criteria. Select the document you wish to display by clicking the page icon. Index values can be changed by using the EDIT function Document lists can be sorted by the column headings

  15. Document view The retrieved document is displayed as a PDF allowing use of standard controls to email, print or save Thumbnail views for rapid scrolling

  16. DocCenter Enhanced features added to IQmfp with DocCenter include document routing, notes, history logging and richer search capability.
