  3. Fear vs. Love The spirit of fear leads you to preserve your life from others. The love of God leads you to lay down your life for others.

  4. I John 4:18 There is no fear in love. But perfect love drives out fear, because fear has to do with punishment. The one who fears is not made perfect in love.

  5. "Perfect Love Casts Out Fear" • To live in love is to live in fellowship with God. • To live in love gives us confidence that we are “in Christ” • To live in perfect love leads us closer to knowing Christ

  6. The Love of God in us… • Takes risks. • Compels us to serve others. • Is part of the message of the Gospel itself.
