  2. COMO CREAR UNA BASE DE DATOS EN ACCES Primero se debe tener la información del tema seleccionado Después se acomodan por genero musical o por fecha De lanzamiento.

  3. Como crear una base de datos en Excel # 1 colocamos la tabla original de acces sobre Excel

  4. # 2. ordenamos los datos de la tabla En forma alfabética de la columna de Los géneros musicales.

  5. #3 (filtro) en la herramienta datos Se encuentra un icono que dice filtro Ahí se puede seleccionar el genero de La música que desees y así se queda con esa Información quitando los demás datos

  6. #4 informe dinámico Ahí nos fuimos a obtener datos externos Escogimos la tabla y nos salió un cuadrito Danos a escoger de que forma queremos Pasarla a Excel y ahí se escoge que de Forma de tabla dinámica y así queda Dándonos el resultado de todo

  7. # 5 informe grafico Se selecciono la tabla de informe dinámico Para poder hacerlo en forma de grafica y En la parte superior derecha hay un icono Para poder mover la grafica a otra hoja de Excel
