3. I CCC What is it ?

4. CCC What is it ? : CCC Definition CCC Definition : Customer Commercial Catalog. List of all products that can be ordered by a customer and that can be linked to Alcatel Product Referential. The CCC is build in a partnership between the Customer and the Alcatel business teams. In Alliance a CCC can be Private, Public or Hidden. CCC is linked to one customer but can be defined as “Cross Customer” Reminder : In eSales, CCC was called Frame Agreement

5. CCC What is it ? : CCC description CCC Purpose : Way used by the customer and Alcatel to communicate (in term of products) Mapping between customer business and Alcatel business. The customer commands billable, Alcatel delivers the regarding products, sub products and services. The CCC is used to make this relation.

7. CCC What is it ? : CCC description CCC Constitution : A CCC is an Excel file. It Contains : • Alcatel Header organizational Data (Manager email, Catalog ID…) • A list of billable (items known by the customer) corresponding to Alcatel products (One or multiple per billable) with additional data (Description, price, comments…) • Billable are also called CO : Commercial Object • A group of Alcatel Items corresponding to one Customer billable is called a BOM (Bill Of Material) • In CCC the BOMs are presented as billable lines repeated for all Alcatel item lines • In a CCC, it could be possible to have a BOM referenced in another CCC. In this case, the logistical extraction will involved the two CCCs.

14. CCC Where is it ? : CCC in Alliance Workflow 2 To identify a CCC linked to a B2B message, two ways are allowed : • The CCC ID is part of the XML file given by the B2B gateway to the Alliance system. XML Tag Purchase Order/Contract info/Contract identifier/ Proprietary documentIdentifier

15. CCC Where is it ? : CCC in Alliance Workflow 3 • The CCC ID is added as default to the flow used to treat all the messages coming from the same customer and targeted the same business unit. To edit this value, go to Administration/Roll Out Flow Parameters/

16. CCC Where is it ? : CCC in Alliance Architecture CCCs are stored In Alliance using two ways : • In database in term of structured data used by the application. • In database in term of complete .csv or xls file. CCCs are also Stored in Blue Planet as referential. The entry point is Alliance

18. CCC How to use it ? : CCC upload Upload a new CCC : It is done through Alliance in “Upload catalog” menu, using the “Upload” Catalog button. What is necessary : • To have the corresponding rights. • To have a valid and non existing catalog in .csv or xls file. (Non existing CCC ID)

19. CCC How to use it ? : CCC upload Update an existing CCC : It is done through Alliance in “Upload catalog” menu, using the “Upload” Catalog button. What is necessary : • To have the corresponding rights. • To have a valid and existing catalog in .csv or xls file. (same CCC ID)

CCC How to use it ? : CCC upload CCC Loading Steps : 1 : Upload the .csv or .xls File 2 : In case warning or error are detected from checks, they are displayed to user : • File format. • Mandatory data • Data coherency with referentials 3 : Wait till you received a confirmation email. 4 : Check in the Search Catalogs menu the new uploaded catalog. 5 : Update the catalog header data. • By using a dummy order and transferring header order data to header CCC data. • By using an SQL script (see technical procedure)

CCC How to use it ? : CCC upload CCC Loading errors during upload process : Errors during CCC upload can be multiple and localized in each steps of the process : Depending on where the error occurs, the way to identify the problem is different. To identify the error, use the related support document

22. CCC How to use it ? : CCC consultation CCC display : It is done through Alliance in “Search catalog” menu. Possible features : • List catalog from filters. • View calatog detail with all the related items. • Download the catalog in .csv or .xls format.

23. CCC How to use it ? : CCC Delete CCC Delete : It is done through Alliance in “Administration/Customer Commercial Catalogue Management” menu. Possible features : • Delete a CCC from BDD (data and file)

CCC How to use it ? : Item addition in order CCC items addition into Orders : The other way to add items to an order (apart the B2B to order creation) is to do it manually through the order detail screen. Process : • In the CCC tab, associate a catalog to this order • Search for the desired items • Select the required item and add it to the order.
