I APR 1) APR purpose • APR : Alcatel Product Referential. • It contains all the Alcatel products references (smallest part of deliverable or logisticals) with all related details : Id, description, prices…. • APR data are used in Alliance to : • Identify and enriched the customer order items during basic enrichment process (B2B to order creation) • Build orders : Manual item addition.
I APR 2) APR managment • APR data are centralised in APR. All data management are operated in APR. • Alliance uses APR data indirectly as they are synchronied from APR to Alliance database. This process is launched automatically. APR update is done manualy. • BP is also synchronised with APR. I APR 3) APR data in orders Manual item addition : • In orders, an APR dedicated tab is present to allow user to manualy add items. • It is based on a search form with all available filters, BU, SeU, Product, Release… and select APR data from Alliance database. I APR 3) APR data in orders Automatic Item enrichment in file upload: • During file upload, if item found in APR are involved, they are enriched from APR referential regarding Product, Release, Unit of measure, Item class, Item type. • For more details see KT_File_Upload Logisticals enriched automatically

(Replaces ACR) • It contains all the Customer references and more : Name, Alcatel Id, description, address…. • COR data are used in Alliance to : • Identify, check and link customer to orders. • Order creation • Change organization • Check data coherency during CCC upload. • Search order / message filtred on customer
