What else have we been doing? • Working with Portal Vendor (PPT) - Increasing our knowledge base - Documenting and requesting enhancements - Planning Ulogin migration • Setting up development server for all training sites. All existing training sites will eventually be deleted and administrators can request a site on the new server • Coordinated the CJIS install
What else have we been doing?cont. • DevelopingCT.gov Portal User Guidebook • Managing CT.gov Portal Site • Took over MPAI – Municipal website publishing (no plans to move them into the portal at this time) • Looking into eAlert integration with wireless devices • Trained additional staff on migration procedures
What’s Next • Complete Content Admin portion of Guidebook in May and make available online • Continue working with agencies in the queue • Host Portal user meeting and Webmaster Workshops for migration planning • Initiate a CT.gov Marketing Plan • Work on Portal Templates – Sizing and Colors

Webmaster Migration MeetingJune 12, 2003 • The meetings are meant to get webmasters started on as much of the migration process as possible before they kickoff the actual migration with PMG. • Go over pre-migration checklist • Answer any technical questions and demonstrate if needed • Tips to achieve user based navigation • Portal folder overview – setting up the admin side of the sites • Overview of tools to help
