  8. Key Point #3:CAMP: GPRA 1 Calculation (Option a) For grantees who actually SERVE LESS than the number funded to be served or SERVE EXACLY the total number funded to be served: Formula for GPRA 1 Measure = no. of CAMP 1st yr. completers no. fundedminus total no. of persisters

  9. HEP: Knowledge Check√ 10 Q1. Red Carpet HEP Project is funded to serve 60 students per year. The HEP served 52 students during the 11-12 budget period. Out of the 52 students served, 45 students attained their GED and 4 of the students became persisters. A1. GPRA Measure 1: ___45___ 60-4 or 56 = 80%

  10. HEP: Knowledge Check√ 11 A1. GPRA Measure 1: ___45___ = 80% 60-4 or 56 *Which option (a or b) should you use to calculate this measure? Option _a_ *Did this grantee meet or exceed the national target of 69%? Yes

  11. CAMP: Knowledge Check √ 12 Q2. Velvet Rope University is funded to serve 75 students per year. The university served 68 students during the 11-12 budget period. 12. CAMP: Knowledge Check √ 13 A2. GPRA Measure 1:___67____ = 90% 75-1 or 74 *Which option (a or b) should you use to calculate this measure? _a_ *Did this grantee meet or exceed the national target of 86%? Yes

  13. HEP: GPRA 1 Calculation (Option b) For grantees who actually serve MORE than the number funded to be served: Formula for GPRA 1 Measure = no. of GED attainers no. served minus total no. of persisters

  14. CAMP: GPRA 1 Calculation (Option b) For grantees who actually serve MORE than the number funded to be served: Formula for GPRA 1 Measure = no. of CAMP 1st yr. completers no. served minus total no. of persisters

  15. HEP: Knowledge Check √ 16 Q3. Grammy Award HEP is funded to serve 50 students per year. The HEP served 68 students during the 11-12 budget period. Out of the 68 students served, 46 students attained their GED and 2 of the students became persisters. A3. GPRA Measure 1: ___46____ 68-2 or 66 = 69%

  16. HEP: Knowledge Check √ 17 A3. GPRA Measure 1: ___46____ = 69% 68-2 or 66 *Which option (a or b) should you use to calculate this measure? _b_ *Did this grantee meet or exceed the national target of 69%? Yes

  17. CAMP: Knowledge Check √ 18 Q3. Oscar Award University is funded to serve 50 students per year. The university served 88 students during the 08-09 budget period.
