Summary The topic I chose was telephones. Alexander Graham Bell was the inventor of the telephone. Telephones were invented in the 1870s. They are devices that could transmit speech through electricity. The people communicate has changed as time progressed; for instance, it started with writing letters and then to telegraphs and then to telephones.
#1. Who invented the telephone? The inventor of the telephone was Alexander Graham Bell. Other people claim that they invented the telephone, and there was a big feud of who created them. Bell was first to patent the telephone.
#2. When were telephones invented? Telephones were invented in the 1870s. They are devices that can transmit speech through electricity.
#3. How has they changed? The way people communicate has changed so much over time. It started with writing letter, then to telegraphs , then to telephones. When people wrote letters it use to take a long time for the letter to get to where its going. So they had to come p with ways that wouldn’t take as long.
#4. How are telephones useful to society? Telephones allow people to better communicate. And it’s helpful in case of emergency or keeping in touch with your family and friends. Uses of the telephone: Voicemail Text messaging Email Live chat Scheduling & etc…
