  4. THE MARKS ALLOWS YOU TO FIND THE BOOK. ITS HAS 3 ELEMENTS ← SUBJECT ← AUTHOR ← TITLE Subject → Aeronáutica (629.7) Author → A. Esteban Oñate Title → Conocimientos del avión

  5. THE BOOKS SUBJECT IS IDENTIFIED BY A NUMBER • Example: • 001.8 → Science Methodology • 512 → Algebra • → Fluid Mechanics • 629.7 → Aeronautical Engineering • 681.3 → Informatics
