  3. Book Title- Storyline • Briefly summarize the book theme or plot in 250 words or more. Include the main characters and the setting. • Conclude with a hook or a question to encourage the reader to pick up the book.

  4. Book Title- Reviewer Quote • Select a portion that really interested you. • You may quote 40 or less words from the book. If more than 40 words, then state the page numbers. • What knowledge, thoughts or changes has this book impacted upon you.

  5. Book Title- Reading level • What in your opinion is the targeted audience for this book- who would find this book of interest. • What is the reading level of this book? May need to refer to the local librarian or use another approved method to determine the reading level.

  6. About the Author • Give a brief biography of the author. If you need to search further than information from the book, then include your resource in appropriate format. • Identify 3 or more other books the author may have also written.
