  3. Retractable Green House Roof • Made from Verolite: High transparent, virtually unbreakable, light weight roof, and UV resistant material • Will run on tracks to retract during the Spring and Fall and close during the winter

  4. Vegetable Garden with Green Manure • A vegetable garden will supply various produce for the school cafeteria • Will be fertilized by environmentally-friendly and nitrogen-rich green manure • May rotate clover as a cover crop

  5. Outdoor Stage • Outdoor multi-use stage for performances, presentations, etcetera • Will be surfaced with recycled glass tiles

  6. Park Benches • UltraPlast Contour Benches • Are structurally sound, very durable, and made with 100% recycled post-consumer UV resistant plastic lumber.

  7. Solar Panels • School roof will be lined with solar panels • Made of the abundant element silicon • This semi-conductive material will generate energy directly from the sun’s rays • Made of Amorphous, Polycrystalline , and Monocrystalline silicon
