Purpose of the analysis • determine the competency needs index of two states in Malaysia ie: Johor and Sabah • determine the competencies needs index for school principals and headmaster for both states • compare the competencies needs for training and development based on school leadership competencies • implications of the findings to Institute Aminuddin Baki and school leaders
Implications • Data driven training and development planning for IAB • School leaders able to chart their own professional development program based on their competency profile
