Student Feedback Management Team • Distributed complaint/concern process handout to all faculty (full-time and adjunct) • Fully separated Academic and Non-Academic Complaint tracking process • Utilize solicited and un-solicited feedback for continuous quality improvement • Report to Deans’ Council annually in July HLC language: Provides clear information for receiving complaints, responds in a timely manner, and analyzes to ensure improved practice.
