Winter 2012 activities • Learning Object Repository (Jan. 11th) • Data retention, activity tracking, etc. (with D2L, Jan. 18th) • Electronic marking (CEL & D2L demos, Jan. 18th) • Analytics (D2L demo, Jan. 31st, 1 – 4:30) • Guelph, WLU discussion (mid Feb.) • Devsystem for next version (mid Feb.) • Retreat (end Feb.) • Feedback to “fees not arranged” process • Feedback from students and instructors • Final report (75% done) • Upgrade end of April • ANGEL renewal to May 2013

  3. Analytics update • D2L presentation • CTE, CEL, IST-ITMS, Student Success, IAP • D2Linterested in involvement from Waterloo in the Student Success area

  4. Guelph/Laurier/UW meeting • Outcomes: • UoG peer eval tool demo • Amalgamate our prioritized feature requests, and push for those things in common • Support concerns – organize a meeting with D2L to raise idea of new support model • Next meeting in late May, include McMaster

  5. Retreat February 29th • Plan priorities for next 12 – 18 months • Includes CEL, CTE, IST-ITMS/CSS, Library, Bookstore • Advance training on new version (V9.4.1) on 21st • Consider how to involve D2L after the process
