  2. Case 1 • 28/Male • Ref to TMH as suspected c/o leukemia • O/E Oral thrush, white plaques, severe mucositis & soft tissue swelling in Lt. cheek and tongue • Clinical ? Fungal infection • Scraping from tongue

  4. Case 2 • 44/Female • Abdominal discomfort & pain • CT – Diffuse thickening of gastric wall, RP mass, enlarged adrenals • OGD Scopy – Ulcerated lesion ? Malignant • Gastric brushing collected for cytology

  6. Case 3 • 58/Female • C/o abdominal distension, constipation • CT- Moderate ascites, B/L enlarged cystic ovaries, omental deposits • Endoscopy – Infiltrated lesion post wall duodenum ? Ca ? Extrinsic pressure • Duodenal brushing

  8. Case 4 • 37/Male • C/o persistent painful ulcers oral cavity • O/E ulceration entire oral mucosa • Scraping from mucosa • Peeling of mucosa on smear collection

  10. Case 5 • 21/Male • C/o head ache, nausea & vomiting • MRI Brain – Dura based mass in Lt. parietal region with leptomeningeal deposits • CSF collected for cytology • 1 ml of clear & watery sample • 2 Cytocentrifuged smears (1 Pap & 1 Giemsa) • Pap - acellular

  12. Case 6 • 47/Female • C/o head ache, altered sensorium • MRI Brain- Supra tentorial extra-axial dural based mass Rt. frontal & nodular lesions in Lt. parietal region ? Meningioma ??metastasis • CSF sample collected for cytology
