  3. We all have excuses, what are yours? Never did well in school Teachers used to compare me to brother Wanted to hang with the cool crowd – but didn’t NO Job & huge college loans But…

  4. Got act together • Recognized where school was difficult and made plans – talked to people got suggestions and help, but had to ask • Had to rely on family • Traveled the world…quite literally

  5. Right frame of mind • We all have great things going for us • Friends • School that does care • Family

Your Assignment Due Monday • You are going to create a Powerpoint or imovie • Complete both sides of “goals” handout • 1st slides will be all the things you have been through that could be used as an excuse for you not being a success • Then, you will have slides that show all of your accomplishments (none are too small) • Finally, you will show the things you WILL accomplish in your future.
