Interrelation between targets and budget programs was for the first time indicated in state bodies’ strategic plans in 2016 specifying resources and result indicators. KAZAKHSTAN RANKED 35TH IN 2017 AGAINST 59TH IN 2011 IN DOING BUSINESS REPORT Kazakhstan ranked 57th in 2017 against 72nd in 2011 in the GCI (Global Competitiveness Index) Internal control units were created in every state body with focus on preventive measure The core list of 82 indicators was formed tomonitor the performance of the local authorities 3 times reduction in the share of investment projects due to initial design and estimate cost increase (6,5% in 2015 against 21,9% in 2012).
