  3. Why? • UF goal of Zero Waste by 2015 • Simplify the end of use methods for all take out items • Preparing for post-consumer composting • Goal: all disposable packaging be recycled or composted

  4. How? • Collected foam inventory • Contacted brands with foam products proposing the changes • Selected alternative products; sent samples • Worked with brands to approve samples • Timeframe: 7 months • Costs: absorb by operations
