Use this time to relax, discuss the events of the day, problem behaviors, or to build a friendship!
Meanwhile I will meet with each of you or small groups of you to review your behavioral prescriptions and individualize it further.

7. Decreasing Stress is not enough… Enjoy life too! Although decreasing the negative stress in life is important, having positive events to look forward to is also important.
Pleasant events can – and SHOULD be – small simple pleasures you can put into your everyday routine.

Resulting in being a better caregiver and being a more pleasant person to spend time with!
