CONSULTING • As part of Borderless services, we offer permanent legal consulting for Mexican customs and foreign trade matters, focused to particular requirements of our customers, attending to their commercial interests, helping them to implement better methodologies to carry on their customs operations. • Full legal assessment of foreign trade and customs operations, to detect risk areas and to ensure the successful fulfillment of the fiscal and customs duties of our customers.

CONSULTING • Lobbing to obtain official authorizations, resolutions, etc. from the authorities according to our customers interests. • Assistance to determine the adequate Special Trade Program, according to each customer profile and requirements, as well as its obtaining and administration. • Obtaining of registries, permissions and authorizations of government authorities related to the customs operation such as Ministry of Public Health, Ministry of Economy, Army, Agro industry, etc.

LOGISTICS • Analysis of all the elements that conform the supply chain of our customers to find better alternative of freight and distribution of their goods. • Permanent relationship with national and international shipping lines, carriers and railroad companies. • Usage and administration of the intermodal terminal and Free Trade Zone LOGISTIK at San Luis Potosí.

LOGISTIK SAN LUIS POTOSÍ • Borderless Intermodal a subisidiary of Borderless Consulting Group, manages the Free Trade Zone Logistik at San Luis Potosí, as well as the intermodal terminal and the in-bond warehouse. • This complex has a capacity to manage 75,000 containers yearly, and is located in a strategic zone of the country with access to the main roads, railways, shipping ports and cities. • This scheme gives the automotive companies a competitive position as they can operate as automotive fiscal warehouses or under the FTZ regime, having very important savings in logistics and customs operations.
