NSAIDS (non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs) - short-term • aspirin (Shouldn't be taken when there is a chance of soft tissue injury (periosteum, ligaments, muscle, etc.) or bleeding.) • ibuprofen (ex. Advil) • ketoprofen • naproxen sodium - Chemically and functionally similar to ibuprofen
