  3. 6 de Agosto de 1949Decreto 16736 Se crea la: DIRECCIÓN DE PSICOLOGÍA EDUCACIONAL Y ORIENTACIÓN PROFESIONAL EVALUACIÓN Y ASISTENCIA A NIÑOS CON DIFICULTADES INVESTIGACIÓN EDUCATIVA ORIENTACIÓN VOCACIONAL Y/O PROFESIONAL

  4. NOVIEMBRE 1950 RESOLUCIÓN 4933SE CREAN FILIALES EN EL TERRITORIO DE LA PROVINCIA DEPARTAMENTO DE SELECCIÓN Y READAPTACIÓN PROFESIONAL: RE- ORIENTAR A LOS ALUMNOS QUE HUBIEREN SOBREPASADO LA EDAD ESCOLAR

  5. EN 1951SE CREA LA SIGUIENTE ORGANIZACIÓN DIRECCIÓN SECRETARÍA GENERAL DPTO. DE PSICOLOGÍA EDUCACIONAL DEPARTAMENTO DE ORIENTACIÓN DEPARTAMENTO DE SELECCIÓN Y RE-ADAPTACIÓN PROFESIONAL SECCION PSICO-ESTADÍSTICA ADMINITRACIÓN Y ARCHIVO PSICO-PEDAGÓGICO

  6. EN 1953SE CREAN LOS DEPARTAMENTOS ACCIÓN SOCIAL ASESORÍA MÉDICA INGRESAN LOS ASISTENTES SOCIALES, EDUCACIONALES SE CREA LA SECCIÓN DE CLÍNICA DE LA CONDUCTA Y SE RE-ESTRUCTURA LA BOLSA DE TRABAJO COMO PARTE DEL DPTO DE ORIENTACIÓN VOCACIONAL

  7. En 1956 RESOLUCIÓN MINISTERIAL 4543 Se denomina “DIRECCIÓN DE PSICOLOGÍA Y ASISTENCIA SOCIAL ESCOLAR”

  8. En 1960 Se crea la asesoría médica psico-pedagógica Se crean dos servicios: C. O. N. Centros de Orientación de la Conducta C. E. N. Centro de Orientación Fonoaudiológica En 1963 Primera guardería. Antecedente del primer Centro Educativo Complementario, denominándose “Centros Asistenciales”

  9. En 1967 SE REDEFINEN LOS CENTROS ASISTENCIALES Y SURGEN LOS “CENTROS EDUCATIVOS COMPLEMENTARIOS” C. E. C.

  10. 1968 a 1972 Generar acciones para erradicar el analfabetismo y la repitencia 1973 a 1977 Estudios diagnósticos Orientación, asistencia y re - educación de los educandos desde el punto de vista somato/psico/social. Niños que presentan dificultades en el habla y trastornos de la conducta.

  11. Década del 80 • Enfoque Preventivo En los 90 • Cambio de nombre “Asistente” por “Orientador”. • De Equipos psico – pedagógicos – sociales pasa a Equipos de Orientación Escolar

  12. A partir del 94 Sanción de la Ley provincial de Educación, Ley 11.612. Objetivos: Participar en el Diagnóstico Institucional Prevenir y Asistir desde lo Psicopedagógico social las dificultades y/o situaciones que afectan el aprendizaje y adaptación escolar Fortalecer y crear vínculos intra, inter y extra institucionales

  13. 1995/1996 Creación O. S. R. D. Orientador Social Referente Distrital R. I. E. C. Red Interinstitucional Escuela Comunidad Fortalece los O. S. R. D.

  14. 2002 2005 • Conformación del primer C. O. F. Centro de Orientación Familiar 2006 • Conformación del primer E. I. P. R. I. Equipo Interdisciplinario Primera Infancia Creación y conformación del primer E. D. I. A. Equipo Distrital de Infancia y Adolescencia

  15. 2006 • Ley Provincial de Educación (Ley 13688) El niño como sujeto de derecho Ley de Promoción y Protección Integral de los Derechos de los Niños (Ley 13298)

  16. 2007 a la actualidad MODALIDAD DE PSICOLOGÍA COMUNITARIA Y PEDAGOGÍA SOCIAL • Enfoque psicoeducativo • Paradigma: complejidad, interdisciplina, corresponsabilidad Prácticas de promoción de derechos Prácticas participativas Inclusión con aprendizaje y convivencia
